What the role involves:

→ Supporting day-to-day site operations across active commercial projects

→ Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and trade sequencing

→ Partnering with the Superintendent and Project Manager on scheduling, QC, and documentation

→ Enforcing OSHA and APD safety standards on site

→ Communicating clearly between field and office

→ Leads crews in the field with confidence and clarity

→ Holds the line on quality, safety, and schedule

→ Communicates well with subs, clients, and the office

→ Brings 5+ years of commercial construction experience
